Billing questions
The short version of how credits and subscriptions work.
How does the weekly quota work?
Every plan refreshes its credits every 7 days, counted from the day you subscribe: Lite gets 250 credits per week, Pro gets 1,250, and free accounts get 5. Unused credits expire at the end of each weekly cycle and do not roll over.
What does one credit cover?
One credit covers one caption extraction from TikTok, Instagram or Facebook — TXT, SRT and VTT exports of that video are all included. YouTube caption extraction is always free (per YouTube Help, videos can ship with a caption track, which is what we read), a failed extraction never spends a credit, and repeating a video you already grabbed within 30 days is free too.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — Lite to Pro, or monthly to yearly — and the unused portion of your current plan is credited toward the upgrade. Cancel anytime from your console; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges are made.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge, prorated by the unused portion of your quota; duplicate charges are refunded in full. Statutory rights such as the fourteen-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive are preserved. The full policy is in our Terms of Service, section 7.
