Welcome to ScriptGrab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including tools that extract spoken scripts and subtitles from public videos on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, available at scriptgrab.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ScriptGrab provides an online platform that turns public video links into transcripts and subtitle files. When a platform-provided transcript is unavailable, the Service may generate one using automatic speech recognition (ASR). The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations described in Section 7.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Groq (AI speech recognition) and the video platforms themselves (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status and policy changes of these providers. We will notify users of significant outages in a timely manner.
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information (via Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that entity.
We offer subscription plans (monthly and yearly) to access the Service, plus a free tier with a limited weekly allowance. Each plan includes a weekly credit allowance: credits refresh every 7 days from the start of your subscription, and unused credits expire at the end of each weekly cycle (no rollover). Current plan details and pricing are available at scriptgrab.com/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes follow Section 5.1.
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize ScriptGrab to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fees. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription under Section 6.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by applicable law, such taxes will be collected and remitted at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through either channel:
Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your Console shows the canceled status together with the date your current cycle ends.
Due to the instant-delivery, intangible nature of our digital Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as set out below.
Send your refund request to support@scriptgrab.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@scriptgrab.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Transcripts and subtitle files produced by the Service ("Outputs") may be used by you for any lawful purpose within the scope of Section 10. Note that transcripts of third-party videos remain subject to the original creator's rights and the source platform's terms — the transcript is a research and accessibility tool, not a license to republish someone else's content.
When you submit content to the Service (such as video URLs — "Inputs"), you grant ScriptGrab a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Groq. Outputs may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
Automatically generated transcripts may contain errors or inaccuracies — especially with accents, background music, or overlapping speech. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, content research, accessibility, and development activities.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at scriptgrab.com/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI outputs.
Outputs of the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScriptGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or where required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prorated, unused prepaid portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@scriptgrab.com.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, please email support@scriptgrab.com to attempt an informal resolution. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised, at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ScriptGrab.
